Order Processing

All orders for stitched women's dresses require a processing time before shipment.

• Standard Orders: 3–5 business days for quality checks, preparation, and packaging.

• Note: This processing time is separate from the transit time.

Shipping Methods & Time

We offer the following estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

• Shipping Time: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Orders

We ship internationally.

• Delivery Time: Typically 10–25 business days after processing.

• Customs/Duties: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total.

Important Notes

• Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer pays for re-shipment.

• Delivered but Missing: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but that are subsequently lost or stolen. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
